摘  要: 介绍了瞬态微光探测系统前置传感器低噪声的设计方法,建立噪声模型进行分析,估算出其电路本底噪声为333.09μV。测量结果显示,设计电路的本底噪声为367μV,考虑到测量误差的引入,可认为估算与实际测试相符。给出其对标准模拟信号源的探测波形图,与标定设备探测结果相比较,其一致性好。分析和测试结果表明,该低噪声设计可行、合理。 Proposed is the low noise design of pre-sensor in the transient low-light optical signal detection system. Based on the established noise model, the circuit noise is calculated to be 333.09 μV and measured result is 367 μV. Taking into account the measurement error, the calculating result can be considered to be consistent with the practically measuring one. The testing wave of circuit to standard signal is put forward and it has a consistency compared with the results obtained by labelled equipments. The analyzing and testing results indicate that the low noise design is workable and reasonable.
