摘　　要： 针对水利工程对水环境影响效益非常复杂,难以进行准确合理的评价等问题,现全面分析了水利工程建设对水环境的影响,并应用层次分析法的思想,建立了较为完备的水利工程建设水环境影响效益量化评估指标体系,并依据多目标综合评价权重确定原理,建立基于客观法、主观法以及综合法的各效益分量比重计算模型,开展水环境效益分量的重要性评价,并以惠州市剑潭水利枢纽工程为实例进行了分析。 The paper,directing against the complexity of the benefit of water resources project to water environment which is hardly to be reasonably evaluated, analyzes the influence of water remurees projects on water envimnrnent. By adopting the phase analysis method, the paper also sets up a relatively perfect benefit quantification and evaluation index system of the impact of the construction of water resources projects to water environment. According to the multi-target and comprehensive evaluation prindple, the paper also establishes a benefit proportion calculation model on the basis of objective method, subjective method and comprehensive method. The model will be used in the evaluation of the importance of water environment benefit. Meanwhile,the paper also undertakes an analysis by taking the water resources project of Jiantan, Huizhou as an example.
