摘　　要： 教学质量考核是高校加强内涵建设、提高教学质量的重要手段,是教学管理中的重要环节,该文对教学质量考核体系的实现目标与设计原则进行了比较全面地探讨,并对教学质量考核中应注意的事项作了论述。 The assessment of teaching quality was a very important means on sharpening connotation buildings and enhancing the teaching quality in universities, and that＇s also a very significant link in teaching management. This paper has carried out comparatively across-the-board discussion on target and design principle of teaching quality assessing system, and addressed the items which should be paid attention to in teaching quality assessing system.
