摘　　要： 文章阐述了科研创新环境对高校博士后科研创新的重要作用,从制度与政策环境、机制环境、基础环境和人文环境等角度,对高校博士后科研创新环境的影响因素进行分析,并简要提出改善高校博士后科研创新环境的对策思考。 This paper expounds on the vital role of scientific research and innovation environment for the post-doctors at universities. From the angles of the system and environment of the policy, the mechanism, the foundation and humanity, the authors analyze the factors affecting scientific research and innovation environment for the post-doctors at universities and briefly proposes the countermeasures to improve the scientific research and innovation environment for the post-doctors at universities.
