摘 要: 超光滑表面加工技术是超精密加工体系的一个重要组成部分。介绍了流体二维振动超光滑表面加工新技术、实验装置的组成及加工原理,并对实验装置的频率响应特性、声场的分布等动态性能进行了测试和分析。 Ultra-smooth surface machining is one of the important technologies of super-precision machining. The principle and device of the ultra-smooth surface machining based on two-dimension liquid vibration was presented. The frequency response characters and sound field distribution dynamic characteristics of the experimental device were tested and analyzed.
