摘 要: 目的探讨情境教学法在《急救护理学》课堂教学中的应用和效果。方法选择2005年度120名学生随机分为实验组(60名)和对照组(60名)。对照组按照《急救护理学》教学大纲要求进行教学,实验组采用情境教学法进行教学。比较两组学生的理论、技能考核成绩和学生对教学方法的评价。结果两组学生课堂测试、实践技能考核、期末考试成绩和学生对两种教学方法的满意度情况比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论模拟情境教学法可有效地调动学生的学习积极性,缩短学校教育与临床实践之间的距离,有利于培养学生的综合素质。 Objective To explore the effect of applying situational teaching methodology into classroom teaching of Emergency Nursing. Methods 120 students in 2005 were equally randomized into experimental group and control group. In the control group, the course of Emergency Nursing was taught according to the requirements in the syllabus while the situational teaching methodology was used in the experimental group. The performances in theory and skills as well as the assessments by students were compared. Results In comparison, the differences between them were significant in their performances in theory and skills as well as the assessments (P 〈 0.05). Students' satisfaction degrees were significantly different as well (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The situational teaching methodology may be effective in stimulating the incentive of students and bridging the gap between schooling and clinical practice, and beneficial for cultivating their holistic quality.
