摘 要: 3P4W功率测量方式是制冷空调产品性能试验装置中最广泛采用的电量测量方法,初次接线时或由于测量仪表定期标定等原因而重新拆装后经常会出现测量结果异常的现象,对于一些大型多互感器切换的复杂系统,要想很快找到错误的原因比较困难。本文通过向量图分析,列举各类异常的可能情况,并提出一种直接查表确定问题原因的分析方法。 The method of 3-phase 4-wire (3P4W) in power measurement is widely used in the test rig of refrigeration and air-conditioning products. Wire-trouble is usually unavoidable and there would be difficulties in finding the reason especially in some complex systems. This paper lists all possible results and gives one useful method to solve the trouble quickly and accurately.
