摘 要: 为了对倒伏甘蔗进行有效扶起,设计了甘蔗收割机拨指式扶起机构。通过对田间甘蔗倒伏状况进行分析,利用虚拟样机技术建立倒伏甘蔗的虚拟模型,并运用ADAMS软件对倒伏甘蔗的扶起过程进行了动力学模拟,得到了倒伏甘蔗扶起过程运动模型,观察了不同拨指转速下扶起机构对顺倒伏甘蔗的扶起效果。 In order to lift lodge sugarcane effectively, the fingerlike holding process of sugarcane harvester is designed. The virtual system model of lodge sugarcane is established by analyzing lodge circumstances of sugarcane in field using virtual prototyping technology. Dynamic simulation of lodge canes is processed by using engineering software ADAMS. Movement simulation of lifting the lodge cane is established. The effect of supporting cane is observed with different rotate speed of finger.
