摘　　要： 科技的发展给高校外语音像资料的整理开发和有效利用提供了必要的条件,外语音像资料的数字化和网络化可以改变人们对外语资料的认识,可以有效地配合英语教师舜口学生的教学与学习.结合应用实践,从外语音像资料的数字化转换、修复、音视频点播系统的构建几个方面阐述了传统外语音像资料的数字化和网络化建设过程. The development of science and technology has provided necessary conditions for the all-round development and effective use of the audiovisual materials available at college. Digitalization and network construction of foreign language audiovisual materials can deepen people＇ s understanding of the foreign language materials, thus helping English teachers as well as students more efficiently. On the basis of actual application, this paper tries to illustrate the digitalization and network construction of traditional foreign language audiovisual materials from the aspects of digital transformation, edit and the construction of VOD system.
