摘 要: 以MCT8000F4运动控制器为下位机的开放式数控系统实时控制子系统,包括系统硬件的整体结构、软件结构,实时控制软件的主函数、中断服务函数。该系统采用实时数据采集、实时监控、软件PLC等关键技术和C语言编程技巧,实现了下位机的实时控制任务。 The open CNC system's real- time control sub- system is introduced in this paper. MCT8000F4 movement controller is used as the down location device of this system. The main contents include the integral structure and work principle of the system hardware, the software structure, the main function on the real - time control software and the interrupt server function. Because the key technologies have been applied in this system, such as collecting of real - time data, real - time monitoring, PLC controlling by software and programming skills of C language, this system realizes the real - time task control of the down location device.
