不同改良剂对镉污染土壤上空心菜保护酶系统的影响

摘  要: 采用盆栽试验研究几种改良剂对镉污染土壤上空心菜保护酶系统的影响。结果表明:镉污染抑制空心菜生长;在污染土壤中分别加入石灰、石灰+赤泥、赤泥三种改良剂,均能有效缓解镉污染对空心菜生长的抑制。单纯镉污染处理表现为SOD,POD,PPO,CAT酶活性先升后降,最终极显著低于对照。石灰处理、赤泥处理与石灰+赤泥处理三种改良剂之间的SOD活性差异不显著,但株高,POD,PPO,CAT的差异均达到显著水平;石灰处理与赤泥处理在株高和各种酶活性上都无显著差异。实验结果说明各种改良剂均能改良镉污染土壤,降低空心菜受害程度。 The effects of several ameliorants on enzyme system of swamp cabbage were studied based on pot experiment. The results showed that the cadmium contaminated soil suppressed the development of swamp cabbage, After being and added three ameliorants respectively:lime, red mud and lime mixed with red mud to the contaminated soil the rejection of cadmium on the growth of swamp cabbage could be alleviated. The activities of SOD, POD, PPO, CAT of cadmium pollution treatment (T1) all increased first but fell later, and were finally much lower than the control group, the difference between TI and control group was very significant. At the beginning, the enzyme activity of swamp cabbage which had been treated by the three ameliorants were all much higher than the control group, but some clays later, they all fell down. The difference of SOD activity among three ameliorants was not significant. The discrepancy of activity of PPO, POD, and CAT between treatment of lime mixed with red mud (T3) and lime treatment (T2) was significant, there was significant difference with that between treatment of red mud mixed with lime (T3) and red mud treatment (T4). No significant difference was made between lime treatment (T2) and red mud treatment (T4).
