摘 要: 用熔融法合成了紫外光固化粉末涂料用树脂,研究了二元酸种类及醇酸比对树脂熔点、粉碎性以及贮存稳定性的影响。用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试了树脂的熔点。适宜的反应条件为:醇酸比为0.92-0.94,以3%四乙基氯化铵为催化剂。 A UV curable powder coating resin was synthesized by melting method. The influences of dicarboxylic acids and OH/COOH mole ratio on the melting point, milling and storage stability of the resin were studied. The melting point was measured by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The suitable reaction conditions are OH/COOH mole ratio 0. 92 - 0.94, tetraethylammonium chloride 3 wt% as catalyst, reaction temperature 120℃, reaction time 1 h.
