摘 要: 目的报道了以N,N’-二(5-硝基亚水杨基)-2,6-吡啶二氨镍(Ⅱ)配合物为载体的PVC膜碘离子电极。方法采用电位分析法和分光光度法。结果该电极对碘离子呈现出优良的电位响应特性并呈现反Hofmeister行为,其选择性序列为I->>ClO4->SCN->Br->NO2->NO3->Cl->SO42-,电极响应斜率为57.5 mV/pI,线性范围为1.0×10-1~7.0×10-6 mol/L,检测下限为5.0×10-6 mol/L。采用紫外可见光谱分析技术研究了电极的响应机理,结果表明载体与电极的响应行为之间有关系。结论电极用于食盐的碘含量分析,得到令人满意的结果。 Objective A new highly selective iodide electrode with N,N'-his (5-nitrosalicylidene) -2,6-pyridinediamine nickel ( Ⅱ ) complex [Ni ( Ⅱ )-BNSPD] as the neutral carder is described. Methods To make of electrode and UV spectroscopy techniques. Results The electrode displays an anti-Hofmeister selectivity sequence: I^- 〉〉 ClO4^- 〉 SCN^-〉 Br^- 〉 NO2^- 〉 NO3^- 〉 Cl^- 〉 SO4^2-. The excellent selectivity for iodide is related to the unique interaction between the central Ni ( Ⅱ ) and iodide. The electrode exhibits Nemstian potential linear response range to iodide from 1.0×10^-1 to 7.0×10^-6 mol/L with a detection limit of 5.0×10^-6 mol/L and a slope of 57.5 mV/pI under the optimum condition. Conclusions The electrode can be used for iodide determination in salt.
