摘　　要： 现在手机已成为社会生活的必需品,同时手机机型也随着手机厂商的发展和用户的需求日新月异。彩信手机、拍照手机、智能手机等手机的发展带来了手机图像处理服务的更高要求。随着3G标准的制定及实施,移动增值业务发展的重心由现在的2G及2.5G业务逐渐转向2.5G和3G业务。为满足彩信、Wap、Kjava等业务对图像处理能力及质量的要求,需要移动增值业务提供商提供实时大容量的图像处理服务。 Mobile phones have become a necessary accessory nowadays. At the same time, due to the rapid expending of mobile factory and requirement of different customers,more kinds of mobile had been developed. Such as Mms（ Multimedia Messaging Service） Mobile, Camera phones, PDA. And these caused higher requirement on mobile image manipulation. Regarding to the estabishment of 3G standard and final actualizing, the key point of Add - Value - Busines will be transfered form 2G and 2.5G to 2.5G and 3G in future. In order to meet the new requirement on image manipulation and quality control on Mms, Wap, Kjava, Add- Value- Busines should provide much service on image manipulation.
