摘　　要： 以客观身体质量指数BMI、主观身体价值感、改变身体形象的行为意向以及整体自尊、一般生活满意感为效标,对从问卷调查法、形象选择法、形象调节法以及内隐实验法中抽取的4项身体意象测量技术进行了比较,考察了身体意象与整体自尊、一般生活满意感的关系以及大学生的身体意象。共160名体育大学学生参加了本项研究,其中男生97名,女生63名,均龄21.21岁。因素分析发现,问卷调查、形象选择、形象调节3种方法测量的是外显身体意象;内隐实验法测量的是内隐身体意象,外显与内隐身体意象出现分离。外显身体意象与整体自尊为低度相关。分层多元回归分析结果表明,在控制了整体自尊对生活满意感的预测贡献后,身体意象仍有可能对预测生活满意感做出新的增值贡献。讨论了研究结果的方法意义和应用意义。 Taking body mass index （BMI）, subjective physical self worthiness, behavioral intention of body shape change, general self-esteem and life satisfaction as the validity criteria, the present investigation compared four body image measures including questionnaire method, figure selection method, figure adjustment method and implicit attitude method. This investigation also explored the relationship between body image, general self-esteem and life satisfaction. One hundred and sixty students from a sport university were invited to participate in this study. Among them were 97 male students and 63 female students, with 21.21 years of age on average. Factor analysis indicated that questionnaire measure, figure selection measure and figure adjustment measure were grouped into explicit body image category while implicit attitude was grouped into implicit body image category. Implicit body image and explicit body image were not correlated. There was only a low correlation between explicit body image and general self-esteem. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that after controlling the contribution of general self-esteem, body image still made additional contribution to the prediction of life satisfaction. The methodological implication and practical implication of those findings were discussed.
