摘 要: 以灌溉水形式从早稻分蘖期开始施硒,使灌浆期剑叶气孔CO2通量增加、气孔阻力降低、净光合速率明显高于对照;施硒大大提高了实粒数、减少了空秕粒.每盆施硒5mg/L和10mg/L处理的籽粒产量比对照增加48%左右,每盆施硒20mg/L的处理增产14%. Selenium added to irrigated water from the tillering stage of early rice c.v. Xiangzaoxian 19 increased stomatal CO 2 flux,decreased stomatal resistance and therefore raised net photosynthetic rate of the flag leaves measured at the milking stage. Application of selenium increased the rice yield by reducing empty grains. The yields under the treatment of Se 5 or 10 mg/L were about 48% higher than that of control. The early rice supplied with Se 20 mg/L also produced 14% more grains.
