摘　　要： 道德教育是继承和发展的,不能割断历史和传统。当前,结合社会实际情况,借鉴吸收传统社会公德观念,对于培养公民的高尚品质,创造安定和谐的社会环境具有十分重要的意义。 Moral educationis is an inheritance and development to history and tradition, and can＇t be separated from them. According to the actual condition of our society, absorbing and benefiting from traditional concept of social morality has an importance meaning to cultivate good personality of citizen and creating a stable and harmonious social environment.
