摘 要: 研究了影响毛云芝菌产漆酶的培养条件,通过单因素实验选取试验各因素的水平,根据Box-Benhnken试验设计原理,进行响应面回归分析,以漆酶酶活为响应值,确定了影响漆酶产量的各因素的水平,结合验证实验结果得到其最佳的培养条件为接种量8.2%、装液量30.8%、摇床转速141r/min。 The fermentation conditions of a white-rot fungus Coriolus hirsutus for laccase production were optimized by single factor experiment and response surface design. The results showed that the optimal inoculum size, amount of broth in flask and shaking rate were 8.2%, 30.8% and 141 r/min, respectively.
