摘 要: 本研究在8个不同贮藏时期的普洱茶中鉴定出黑曲霉、产黄青霉、根霉、木霉、灰绿曲霉、酵母、芽孢杆菌、无芽孢杆菌、球菌、乳酸菌、放线菌等微生物类群。 Eight kinds of microbial species were found in eight samples of Pu-erh tea with different storage time, which were Aspergillus niger, Penicillium chrysogenum, Rhizopus sp., Trichoderma sp., Aspergullus glaucus, Saccharomyces sp., Actinomycetales and Bacterium.
