2种苦木科植物活性组分对褐飞虱的触杀活性及作用机理初探
Studies on Contact Toxicity and Reaction Mechanism of Active Component from Two Species of Sinovrubacea against Nilaparvata lugens Stal

摘  要: 用不同溶剂萃取了苦木科植物苦木(枝叶)和鸦胆子(枝叶)的活性组分,并测定了活性组分对褐飞虱3龄若虫的触杀活性及对其乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性的影响。结果表明,在10mg/ml浓度下,处理24h,苦木和鸦胆子的氯仿萃取物对褐飞虱3龄若虫有明显触杀活性,校正死亡率分别达到96.37%和96.70%。24h内,经苦木氯仿萃取物处理的试虫,其AchE活性降低且不可逆恢复;而经鸦胆子氯仿萃取物处理的试虫,其AchE活性呈现"升-降-升-降"趋势,最后与对照持平。 The active component from Picrasma quassioides (D.Don) Benn.(branches and leaves) and Brucea javanica (Linn.) Merr. (branches and leaves) were extracted by the different solvents. The contact toxicity of these extracts was tested against the 3rd instar nymphae of Nilaparvata lugens Stal. And study on the reaction mechanisms of the extract which had better contact toxicities by detected on the effect of activity of acetylcholinesterase (AchE).The results indicated that the extracts by chloroform showed obviously contact toxicity after 24h treated with 10g/L concentration, the corrected mortality could reach 96.37% and 96.70% respectively. During 24h, after being treaded by the extract of chloroform of P.quassioides, the activity of AchE of Nilaparvata lugens Stal was ascended firstly and then descended and could not recover finally. At the same time, the activity of AchE of Nilaparvata lugens Stal treated by the extract of chloroform of B.javanica had "ascended-descended-ascended- descended" trend , and the activity of AchE could equal with the level of CK at the end of the treatment time.
