摘　　要： 介绍了越南电力体制改革及电力市场建设的近况,包括新电力法的主要内容、电力工业结构重组与资本化和电力市场建设的路线图,并着重介绍了目前正在运营中的内部模拟市场。 The recent situation of the electric power industry reform and electricity market construction in Vietnam is presented, including the major contents of its new electric power law, the power industry restructuring and capitalization, and the roadmap of electricity market construction. The internal simulative electricity market in operation is presented in detail.
