摘 要: 薪酬满意度是一种薪酬态度,它的主要影响因素有:实际工资和工资增长水平、社会比较、薪酬体系特征及其知觉、工作特征和工作输入因素。薪酬满意度对个体工作态度和工作行为、工作绩效都产生影响。它与组织公平、与人格的关系,以及组织层薪酬满意度是当前的研究热点。将来需要加强对三个研究热点和作用机制的研究,以便为薪酬管理实践提供更多科学的指导。 Pay satisfaction is one of the compensation attitudes, Its antecedents contain:pay level and Pay raise, social comparison, characters of compensation system and their perception ,job characteristics, and job inputs. Pay satisfaction has effects on individual job attitudes,job behaviors, and job performance. The relationships between pay satisfaction and organizational justice,personality,and organizational pay satisfaction are three important problems of the research, In the future, the three important problem and some problems of its antecedents and effects should be explored deeply.
