摘 要: 在主办单位由事业单位向科技型企业转制的过程中,《实用医学杂志》在编辑部人员管理方面进行了改革探索——实行全员聘任制,注意培养年轻编辑,对编辑人员实行能力分类管理,取得了初步成效。 For the purpose of meeting the challenges and chances in the process of the sponsor of the Journal of Practical Medicine changing from public institution to technologic enterprise, we reformed the personnel management in our editorial staff. The reform includes all-member contract system, young editor culturing and classified personnel management. The reform has achieved initial success.
