“Y”形流管无阀压电泵流场分析

摘  要: 为使'Y'形流管无阀压电泵真正应用到输血、输液等医疗、卫生诸领域,对'Y'形流管无阀压电泵进行了理论研究,建立了压电泵的控制方程,并对'Y'形流管内及整泵内的流场状态进行了模拟分析,利用有限元法及试验方法得到的'Y'形流管压强损失系数相差不大,证明了模拟结果的正确性.模拟结果表明,泵腔内压强变化很小,其流管内压强变化随支管夹角增大而趋于平缓,流管与泵腔交汇处有较小的涡漩存在,且其正反向压强损失系数均随支管夹角的增大而增大,因此,制作'Y'形流管无阀压电泵时,应采用支管夹角较大的'Y'形流管,并在流管与泵腔交叉处加工小圆以减小泵内涡漩. In order to make the valveless piezoelectric pump with Y-shape tubes meet well with the needs of transporting blood and fluid in such areas as medical treatment and sanitation, theoretical analysis are applied to the pump and the governing equations of the pump are established, and the finite element method is employed to simulate the fluid flowing state in Y-shape tube and the whole pump. The pressure loss coefficients derived from the simulation results show a little difference from the experimental data, thus the correctness of the simulation is proved. The simulation results reveal that the pressure in the pump chamber varies calmly, and the pressure in the tubes eases off when the separation angel of two branch tubes increases, and there exists small vortex area at the intersections of the tubes and the pump chamber. Therefore, larger separation angel of two branch tubes should be employed and round corner should be made at the intersections of the tubes and the chamber during the process of making valveless piezoelectric pump with Y-shape tubes to decrease the votex in the pump.
