摘　　要： 文章着重从四个方面讨论分析了目前部分高校实验队伍中普遍存在的一些问题,并提出了当前加强高校实验队伍建设应重点抓好"提高认识,转变观念"、"重视实验队伍的培养"、"实行工作量制调动实验室工作人员积极性、创造性"、"建设一支比较稳定而水平较高的实验队伍"等几个方面的措施与建议。 This paper mainly discusses from four aspects in view of some existing problems of experiment staffs in part an institution of big.truer learning. At present, strengthen the construction of the experimental staffs should stress on following aspects, such as transforming the views,improving knowledge,devoting much attention to the position and the cultivation of the experimental staffs,to mobilize the laboratory staff＇s enthusiasm and creativity by work- load system,and building the stable and high level expenment rank.
