摘 要: 针对气垫导轨装置的重要参数——气垫厚度进行测定分析,利用光杠杆系统测量微小长度变化的方法,测量滑块和气垫导轨之间的空气膜厚度,并对可能产生的测量误差进行分析、讨论;测量结果显示:在通常情况下其厚度大致在150μm左右,与相关的技术指标相符。 The measurement of the thickness of air film, which is an important parameter of air track, is analyzed. Optical lever system for measuring the change of micro -length is used to measure the thickness of air film between slider and air track, and the error of the measurement is discussed and analyzed. The measurement results show that the thickness is about 150um under usual condition, which accords with related technical data, and, as a result, this method is feasible.
