摘 要: 水资源短缺风险的直观显示是水资源风险分析和管理的重要研究内容,在分析水资源短缺风险各性能指标的基础上,提出了基于地理信息系统的水资源短缺风险评价的综合指标模型,并结合京津地区的具体情况,采用权重组合法将水资源短缺风险的模糊综合评价值、经济损失期望值、经济损失率进行叠加得出京津地区的水资源短缺风险综合评价分布图。 Showing the intuitionistie result is an important content of water shortage risk analysis and management. Based on the analyses to the indexes of water resources system, a GIS-based synthesizing index model is brought forward to divide water shortage risk. As a case study, the water shortage risk of the Beijing and Tianjin region is researched, the weight combination method was adopted to combine the fuzzy synthesize value, the expect value of economic losing and the ratio of economic losing, and the distributing map of water shortage risk in research region was gained.
