摘 要: 采用丝网印刷法制备了由不同填充材料组成的碳纳米管冷阴极,并采用电场处理来改善其场致发射性能。采用扫描电子显微镜对处理前后样品的表面进行表征,结果表明了电场处理会使阴极中的碳纳米管暴露出来。通过优化填充材料并结合阴极的后处理,我们得到了低电压工作下的均匀发射,并实现了在二极结构场发射显示器中的可寻址显示。 Carbon nanotube cold cathodes with different binding materials have been prepared by using screen printed method. Cycles of applied field are applied to improve the field emission property of the asprepared cathodes. The surface morphologies before and after treatment were observed using scanning electron microscopy. It is found that the treatment could expose the carbon nanotubes. By using optimal binding particles and combining different treatment methods, uniform emission could be achieved at low applied field.
