摘 要: 本研究结果表明,用20—400mg/L的溴氰菊酯喷施黄瓜幼苗后,叶片内的乙醇酸氧化酶活性上升,最高达78.63%。低浓度的溴氰菊酯使蛋白质、DNA和RNA含量升高。而高浓度的溴氰菊酯使蛋白质、DNA和RNA含量降低。放线菌酮可抑制溴氰菊酯对体内乙醇酸氧化酶活性的促进作用。本文讨论了溴氰菊酯影响乙醇酸氧化酶活性的可能机理。 The result of this investigation indicated that after the seedlings were sprayed with the activity of glycolate oxidase in cucumber leaves increased,the highest was 78.63% higher than the control. Deltamethrin at a rate of 20-100mg/L. Deltamethrin in low concentrations increased the contents of protein,DNA and RNA in the leaves, but that in high concentrations decreased their contents. Cycloheximide could inhibit the promotion of glycolate oxidase activity by deltamethrin. The possible mechanism of deltamethrin affecting the activity of glycolate oxidase was discussed in the paper.
