摘 要: 对由原生质体融合技术获得的融合子F10进行了玉米秸秆水解液的发酵试验研究,结果表明,融合子F10对玉米秸秆水解液中葡萄糖和木糖的利用率远高于亲本D-12,发酵醪中乙醇浓度最高达到1.1%(v/v),明显高于双亲P-01(0.6%)和D-12(0.3%)。说明融合子F10可以用于发酵玉米秸秆水解液生产燃料乙醇。 The fermentation characteristics of protoplast fusant F 10 was studied for ethanol production from corn stalk hydrolysis. The results showed that the fusant F10 has a much higher activity in glucose or xylose utilization than its parent strain D-12. The ethanol concentration in fermentation broth reached 1.1%(v/v) which was obviously higher than that produced by parent strains P-01 (0.6%) and D- 12 (0.3%). It was indicated that the fusant F10 could be used in fuel etlmal production from corn stalk hydrolysis by fermentation.
