摘 要: 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对三月红、淮枝的焦核突变株系与对照株系及另2个品种(黑叶和糯米糍)进行了过氧化物酶(PER)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)同工酶分析。结果表明:大核三月红和焦核三月红的叶片及枝皮的PER,PPO同工酶均有区别,而淮枝上则未见明显差异;各荔枝品种及器官一般都具有各自的特异性酶谱;同一品种的幼叶与成熟叶的同工酶谱一般不完全相同,但同一品种的嫁接小苗与成年结果树的叶片同工酶谱则没有差别。 PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) was employed to study the isozymes of peroxidase (PER) and polyphenol oxidase (PPO) of litchi varieties 'Sabyuehong', 'Huaizhi' and their respective seed aborted difference were present between Sanyuehong and its seed aborted mutant in the band patterns of both PER and PPO in their leaves and twig bark while no striking differences in the band patterns were observed between Huaizhi and its seed aborted mutant. The varieties and organs studied generally showed their respective characteristc isozyme band patterns which are independent of development stages. Some differences in isozyme pattern were observed between young and mature leaves of the same variety, while no difference in their zymograms was found between the newly grafted young tree and the grown up bearing tree of the same variety.
