摘 要: 先将β成核剂TMB-5制成母粒,再用于改性聚丙烯(PP).研究结果表明TMB-5的加入对聚丙烯的拉伸强度影响小,但聚丙烯的简支梁缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率均有较大幅度提高,TMB-5用量为0.1%时,聚丙烯的简支梁缺口冲击强度达到17.6kJ/m2.TMB-5的加入可以提高聚丙烯的耐磨性能,TMB-5用量为0.3%时,聚丙烯的耐磨性能最佳.差示扫描量热(DSC)、广角X衍射(XRD)的研究表明:TMB-5对聚丙烯的结晶不仅具有明显的成核作用,而且部分改变了聚丙烯的晶型. In this paper, β-nucleating agent TMB-5 is applied to modify polypropylene (PP). The experiment results reveal that the tensile strength of PP change indistinctively when TMB-5 is added, whereas the notched charpy impact strength and elongation at break of PP increased considerably. The notched charpy impact strength of PP reaches 17.6 kJ/m^2 when the amount of TMB-5 is 0.1%. The addition of TMB-5 can improve the wear property of PP, which is the best when the amount of TMB-5 is 0.3%. The analysis of differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) reveals that TMB-5 not only acts as a nuclearting agent but also changes the crystallite type during the crystallization of PP.
