摘 要: 研究了转炉尘泥和精矿含碳球团在氧化性气氛下还原、冷却和贮存过程中的再氧化问题,提出了有效防止再氧化的措施.高温(大于1200℃)、快速(10~20min)还原得到的金属化率大于90%的金属化球团,采用炉内冷却、埋煤粉中、放密封罐内、炉内冷至900~1000℃后出炉冷却四种方式都是有效的,干燥清洁的室内堆存是简单有效贮存海绵铁的方法. Reoxidation problems of iron dust and fine carbon bearing pellets during reduction cooling and storing in the oxidizing atmosphere have been investigated. The resisting measures that may be taken are presented as follows: fast reduction less than 10 to 20 minutes at temperature above 1200℃, discharging metallized pellets after cooling either in the furnace, in sealed can, in coal powder or in air at 900~1000℃. The produ ct can be stored indoors in bulk with little reoxidation.
