摘 要: 对多聚磷酸改性沥青性能进行了研究。首先进行了多聚磷酸改性沥青胶结料的性能试验,包括针入度试验、软化点试验、直接拉伸试验和动态剪切流变试验。结果表明,采用多聚磷酸改性后,沥青胶结料的高温性能和低温性能得到了提高。然后进行了多聚磷酸改性沥青混合料的路用性能试验,包括车辙试验、弯曲破坏试验和水稳定性试验,结果表明混合料的高温和低温性能得到了提高,但是水稳定性不够,添加抗剥落剂后,混合料的水稳定性达到了规范要求。通过对多聚磷酸改性沥青的经济分析表明,采用多聚磷酸改性沥青是非常经济的。 Performance of polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt and asphalt mixture was researched. Tests including penetration test, softening point test, DTT test and DSR test were done for polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt and base asphalt. The softening point test and DSR test results indicate that the high temperature performance of asphalt with polyphosphoric acid is enhanced compared to base asphalt. The DTT result indicate that the low temperature performance of polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt is enhanced compared to base asphalt. Field performance tests including rutting test, bending beam test and moisture test were done for polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt mixture and base asphalt mixture. The results indicate that the high temperature performance and low temperature performance of polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt mixture are enhanced compared to base asphalt, but the moisture stability is lowered. While the moisture stability performance of polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt mixture can reach the criterion' s requirement by adding anti-stripping agent. Economic analysis was done for base asphalt and polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt, and the results indicate that the use of polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt is very economical.
