摘 要: 在高技术企业,创新、知识产权与品牌之间存在着很强的联动关系。分析了三者之间联动的微观机理,提出我国高技术企业必须实施以创建自主品牌为目标、知识产权为导向的自主创新战略,并加强三者的联动,以此实现可持续创新。 In High-Tech enterprises there is a strong linkage relationship between Innovation, Intellectual Property and Brands. This article analyze this kind of relationship and put forward that Chinese high-tech enterprises make IPRs-driven Technological Innovation strategy with the aim of creating Brands. And in order to assure rapid development of High-tech enterprises, Innovation strategy should be integrated with IP strategy and Brands strategy in the framework of enterprises innovation system.
