摘 要: 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定了用含不同浓度稀土饲料喂养2月后的家鸡心、肝、肾、骨髓肌肉和血清6种组织中酯酶同工酶酶谱.结果显示摄入稀土后各个组织中的酯酶同工酶酶谱均发生了不同程度的改变.其中心脏和骨髓中酯酶受稀土影响最大,而血清和肾脏受影响较小.同时也表明同工酶是检测生物体发生生理。 Deviation of patterns of esterase isozymes in chicken tissues induced by rare earths, Ce 3+ and Tb 3+ ions, were studied by PAGE method. The results indicate that different tissues are effected by rare earths in different degrees. The patterns of EST in heart and marrow were changed much more remarkably than those in kidney and blood serum. The results also imply that the isozymes are sensitive references to monitor the biological effects of rare earths on living body.
