南方鲇面神经分支有关的外周味觉感受器和神经中枢的研究

摘  要: 采用组织切片和束路追踪等方法对南方鲇口外味觉传入神经——面神经主要感觉支(上颌须神经和下颌须神经)有关的外周味觉感受器和神经中枢进行研究.结果表明:①上、下颌须神经支配的外周皮肤所含的味蕾分别为I和II型.②上、下颌须神经投射到神经节的不同位置和不同神经元发生突触联系.③上、下颌须神经投射到面叶不同位置.显示南方鲇面神经的不同感觉支其外周感受野与中枢投射野结构和功能不同,且具有躯体分布的特异性. In the present study, dye racing and histological section were used to determine the relations about the peripheral taste sensory organs and the primary taste central system of the maxillary ramus and mandibular branch ( primary facial nerve branches) of southern catfish(Silurus rneridionalis Chen). The results indicated that 1) the taste buds in the skin innervated by the maxillary and mandibular branches are type I and type II. 2) the maxillary and mandibular branches projected different areas in the ganglion and made synapses with different neurons, and 3) the maxillary and mandibular branches projected different areas in the facial lobe. The present study revealed that the peripheral sensory areas and the central projection areas of different sensory branches of the facial nerves appeared to be different in their structures and functions. They were organized in a somatotopic manner.
