摘 要: 以黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)突变株No.5.1为实验材料,采用液体深层发酵方法,对其所产纤维素酶进行了研究。结果表明在250 mL三角瓶装25 mL培养基、接种种龄为1 d的种子培养液2.5 mL、32℃培养5 d的培养条件下,其液体发酵较适产酶培养基为:纤维素粉40 g/L、硝酸钾30 g/L、聚乙二醇1 g/L、初始pH为6.5,这将为纤维素酶液体发酵的工业化生产和应用提供参考价值。 The production technology of cellulase by liquid deep fermentation was studied with Aspergillus niger No. 5.1. Its optimal composition of culture medium for enzyme secretion by liquid - state fermentation was cellulose powder 4% , KNO3 3% , PEG 0.1% , and initial pH 6.5 when the cultivating condition was 25 mL medium in 250 mL flask, inoculating 2.5 mL of 1 day of seed liquid, incubation temperature 32 ℃ , fermentation for 5 days. This paper provides some theoretical bases for the industrial production and application of cellulase.
