摘 要: 以邻硝基苯乙醚为原料在Raney-Ni还原下先合成邻氨基苯乙醚,再经重氮化、水解制备乙基愈创木酚.还原反应中采用了自吸式与通气式相结合的气-液-固非均相反应器,水解反应中改进了搅拌器类型,研究了还原反应催化剂种类及用量、重氮化反应硫酸用量和水解反应水解试剂及溶剂对产物收率的影响.研究结果表明,邻硝基苯乙醚还原采用Raney-Ni为催化剂,产物收率可达98.6%.重氮化水解反应中产物乙基愈创木酚的收率可达86.1%. The ethylguaiacol was prepard by catalytic hydrogenation, diazotization and hydrolysis based on o-nitrolphenetole. The influences of catalyst type and amount in the reducing reaction, followed by gas-liquid-solid heterogeneous reactor combining self-induction and aeration, sulfuric acid amount used in the diazo-reaction were studied. The type of hydrolysis agent and the solvent in the hydrolytic reaction was researched, followed by the modified agitator model. It was found the yield of o- nitrolphenetole was up to 98.6% with Raney-Ni as catalyst.The yield of ethylguaiacol with purity of 99.4%, the final product, may be up to 86.1%.
