摘　　要： 本文主要阐述了LIGA技术的工艺过程,包括X射线深层光刻、微电铸和微复制工艺。对LIGA重点工序进行了总结并阐明其工艺要点。介绍了在LIGA技术基础上发展起来的准LIGA工艺技术和LIGA技术的发展的趋势。 This article mainly explains the process of LIGA technology,which includes X-ray mask lithography,Micro-electroforming and Micro-copy.The key process of LIGA is summarized,the Quasi-LIGA technology which developed at the foundation of LIGA technological developing and the developing trend of LIGA technology are introduced.
