摘 要: 在国外现行电磁辐射防护标准中,具有代表性的是IEEEC95.1和ICNIRP导则。我国也于上世纪80年代由国家环保局等部委制订颁布了一系列的电磁辐射防护标准。但随着对电磁场生物效应及电磁场对人体健康影响流行病学研究的深入,基于短时热效应的电磁辐射防护标准是否能够保障人体健康,已引起广大学者、专家的关注。本文主要介绍了国内外现行的电磁辐射防护标准,分析了它们的特点及不足,并对我国今后制订新的电磁辐射防护标准提出了几点建议。 IEEE C95.1 and ICNIRP Guidelines are representative of the exiting electromagnetic radiation protection standards. A series of electromagnetic radiation protection standards were published by State Environmental Protection Administration of China since 1980s. But with the further research of bioeffect and the adverse effects to human health induced by exposure to electromagnetic field, whether the exiting standards, based on short-term thermal effects, can provide the safeguard for the health of people or not, has arisen the attention of experts and scholars. The paper presents some recommendations for preparing new electromagnetic radiation protection standard.
