摘 要: 光学三维轮廓检测技术在工业生产控制与检测、医学诊断和机器人视觉等领域正占有越来越重要的地位。提出了一种将莫尔投影法与单片机控制的相移技术相结合的物体表面三维轮廓测量方法,有效地实现了物体表面三维轮廓的高速、自动高精度测量。 Optical profilometry measurement gets more and more important action on many fields which include industry production control, medicine diagnosis and robot vision. A 3D surface profile measuring method applying the Moir4 projection technique in combination with the phase-shifting technique that is controlled by SCM (single chip microcomputer) is presented. The automatic measurement of 3D surface profiles can be carried out by this method with high speed and high precision.
