摘 要: 通过胺解和光自由基卤代反应合成2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯胺.以对三氟甲基氟苯为原料,在氢氧化钠催化下与DMF发生胺解反应,胺解产物在10℃光照下与C l2发生光自由基卤代反应得标题化合物.反应选择性≥92%,两步反应总收率为78.2%,所得产物经MS,1H NMR确认结构.
