摘 要: 针对娘子关电厂3号和4号锅炉燃烧不稳、结焦严重、掉焦灭火、运行可靠性差等问题,进行了多方位、深层次的原因分析。通过对浓淡燃烧器的不同调节特性进行了试验研究,首次发现了撞击块(或调节挡板)位于一次风管的内外弧侧时具有不同的特性,且挡板的磨损速度也不一样。通过进行多次冷热态调整试验,重新调整了撞击块(或挡板角度)的插入深度,并将部分卫燃带更换为"川"字型光管水冷壁。采取以上各种措施后,解决了电厂多年来的老大难问题,锅炉的经济性和安全性得到了明显提高。 Causes of problems on instable combustion, serious slag, outfire, operation unreliability of No. 3 and No. 4 boiler in Niangziguan Power Plant are analyzed. By testing research on different adjusting characteristics of horizontal concentrated bumers, it is found that the adjusting baffles have different characteristics when they lie on inside curve or outside curve primary air pipe, and the baffles wearing velocity is also different. According to many times of cold and hot commissioning tests, the insert depth and replace original refractory belt to "川" model of bare-tube wall is adjusted. After taking above measures, the significant problems in power station are solved to improve the economy and safety of boilers.
