摘 要: 以番茄品种太空1号为材料,研究了种子萌发及干燥耐受能力获得时间阶段及其与蛋白质表达的关系,结果表明:种子于授粉后29d才具有完全的萌发能力,种子干燥耐受能力获得的时间也为授粉后29 d左右;通过SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳对比,发现萌发和干燥耐受能力获得前后番茄种子的蛋白表达有明显差异,说明番茄种子萌发和干燥耐受能力的获得与蛋白质的特异表达有密切的关系。 Tomato seeds (Lagenaria Siceraria Var.), were used to determine the acquisition of germination ability and desiccation tolerance during tomato seed development. Results showed that developing tomato seeds acquire both abilities around 29 DAP (days after pollination). By SDS-PAGE, specific expressed proteins were found from seed samples before and after the acquisition of both abilities, which suggested that specific expressed proteins are involved in the acquisition of both abilities.
