摘　　要： “红曲”天然色素作为五华的一个传统特色产业，有它独特的优势。但是，面对竞争日益激烈的当今社会，红曲产业存在的一些弊端也随之暴露出来。本文针对广东五华“红曲”兴衰进行了周密的探讨，并为广东五华“红曲”天然色素提出了一些具体的对策建议。 ＂Hongqu＂natural pigment, as a traditional industry with apecial features in Wuhua , has its unique advantages .However ,in face of tighter market cpmpetition,some problems cxisting in Hongqu industry of Wuhua come up immediately. In this paqper, the authors have a thorough discussion on the rise and fall of the local industry,and bring forth some specific suggestions and countermeasures.
