摘　　要： 掌握房屋在使用阶段的安全状态是建筑维护与管理部门的一项重要工作.分析影响房屋安全状态的因素,建立多层次模型,采用多层次模糊综合分析法,对其进行安全评判.由评判结果为房屋的安全使用及维护管理提供依据,同时为房屋安全管理部门提供系统综合的关于房屋在使用阶段的信息资料,推进房屋安全管理部门的信息建设. Knowing the state of the exiting buildings is an important stage for building maintenance and safety management institute. In analyzing the factors affecting the building safety, the multi-layers fuzzy assessment method was used to assess the existing building state. The state assessment is helpful for the further decision on the exiting buildings safety management. It can also provide a system messages on the existing building during the service years to push forward the development of the building safety management.
