摘 要: 在碱性条件下,Mn(Ⅱ)与铍试剂Ⅱ形成1:2的荧光络合物,其荧光峰为λex/λem= 367/467(nm),表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对体系具有强烈增敏作用,基于此建立了痕量锰的测定方法。本文研究了测定的最佳条件,即0.01%铍试剂Ⅱ4.0mL,0.1mol/L NaOH 6.0mL,1%SDBS 4.0mL,反应温度为90℃ ;时间10min,线性范围为0~160μg/L, 回归方程X(μg/L)=2.776△F-3.684,检测下限为0.15μg/L,此方法用于实际样品的测定,结果令人满意。 In NaOH medium, Mn(Ⅱ) and berryllon Ⅱ react to form a 1: 2 complex whose peak is at λex/λex=367/467 (nm). Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) can increase the fluorescence intensity of the system greatly. A fluorimetric method has been developed for the determination of trace Mn (Ⅱ) with berryllon Ⅱ. The experimental conditions were 0. 01 % berryllon 4. 0 mL, 0. 1 mol/L NaOH 6. 0 ml, 1% SDBS 4. 0 mL, temperature 90℃, reaction time 10 min. The linear range is 0-160 μg/L, the regression equation is X(μg/L) =2. 776 △F-3. 684, and the detection limit is 0. 15 μg/L. This method has been successful- ly applied to the determination of Mn(Ⅱ) in real samples.
