摘　　要： 国家"十一五"规划纲要从促进全国区域经济协调发展、振兴东北老工业基地出发,适时做出了关于加强东北东部铁路通道基础设施建设的战略部署。为此,必须充分认识开发东北东边道沿线经济带的区域价值,科学确定开发东北东边道沿线经济带的推进方向,具体廓清开发东北东边道沿线经济带的面临问题,才能正确地为加速开发东北东边道沿线经济带进行对策创意。只有这样做,才能使创建东北东边道沿线经济带沿着重点开发方向,逐步打造成东北优化开发主体功能区建设的区域引擎,发挥出联动效应,承担起区域使命。 ＂11 th Five- Year＂ plan outline, from the program for the promotion of coordinated development of the regional economy and the revitalization of the northeast old industrial base, has made a timely manner on strategic plan of the strengthening for the eastern part of the Northeast Corridor rail infrastructure construction. Therefore, only by fully knowing the region value, scientifically determining the advancement direction and specifically cleaning up the question, can we carry on the creative countermeasures to develop Northeast East Side Road economical belt. Only by doing so can we ensure the creation of the Northeast East Side Road economic belt along the key development direction being built regional engine of the northeast optimizing development main body function area construction gradually, then, it can play a linkage effect and undertake the regional mission.
