摘 要: CEH漂白工艺中产生的有毒物质对环境的污染是该工艺逐渐被淘汰的主要原因,CEH漂白废水不但向环境中排放大量的COD、BOD,而且还释放出大量的氯酚等"三致"(致癌、致畸、致突变性)物质。但我国的许多造纸厂仍采用CEH漂白工艺,因此强化和改进CEH漂白工艺来降低漂白过程中可吸附有机氯化物的生成量在我国有很重要的现实意义。主要论述了关于CEH三段漂白过程中各段的强化和改进,通过强化漂白条件降低各段漂白废水中AOX的生成量。 The toxicity materials formed in the process of CEH bleaching is the main course that lead CEH bleaching method to be out of date. CEH bleaching wastewater releases not only a large number of COD and BOD , but also carcinogens marterials, such as chlorophynols etc. But in our country, CEH 3 bleaching is popular among most of paper making factories. It is essential to change the CEH3 bleaching conditions to decrease the amount of adsorbable organic halogen. This article mainly introduces several methods to lessen the amount of AOX of each stage of the whole process ,respectively.
